1-on-1 SAT/ACT tutoring

My primary goal is to help improve your academic success and provide you with a foundation that you can build on in the future.

I am particularly passionate about education equity and the idea that all students should be given the best opportunity to succeed. Public K-12 education often leaves little space for creativity or specialized learning. I approach tutoring from the individual perspective, and encourage students to think about mathematics, writing, and test prep from creative angles that lead to a more profound understanding. I find that this makes learning adaptable to career and life skills.

My test-taking strategies and curiosity-based method of learning & teaching has helped me to achieve high scores on the ACT (33/36) and SAT (2310/2400), and prepared me for rigorous education at UCLA & Carnegie Mellon University.
